1. What HoldSPOT is

HoldSPOT is a free, anonymous browser game played on a world map. You place markers, battle for visibility, earn in-game tokens and participate in community projects (SCALES). There is no account: your identity is a single functional cookie that stores your progress.

2. Tokens are digital game goods — no cash value

• Tokens (Liquidity, Value, Engagement) exist only inside the game. They cannot be sold, exchanged for money, or transferred outside HoldSPOT. There is no cash-out.
• Nothing on HoldSPOT is an investment, a security, or e-money. The economy is a closed, transparent game system whose pulse is public at /world.

3. Support and donations — never a purchase

• Supporting the server is voluntary. It keeps the hosting alive; it buys nothing.
• When supporters receive tokens, those tokens are a thank-you gift, delivered as redeemable codes. Suggested amounts are suggestions — any amount is voluntary.
• Support is non-refundable, because it is not payment for a product or service. Gifts of tokens are delivered once and are not restoreable if a code is lost after delivery.

4. Tombola (free raffle) and code drops

• Entry is always free — by a simple action (for example, commenting on a post or an in-game action). Entry is never conditioned on any payment or donation.
• Prizes are system-generated promo codes redeemable in-game. Winners are drawn periodically by the system. Odds depend on the number of participants.

5. Promo codes

• Codes are single-use, limited-quantity instruments issued by the system or the owner. They are the only way base tokens enter the economy.
• Do not buy or sell codes from third parties — such codes may be invalid, and trading them is not endorsed by HoldSPOT.

6. Fair play

• One person may hold multiple anonymous identities, but automated abuse, exploits, multi-identity farming and attempts to damage the economy or other players' experience are prohibited and may be countered by system limits (rate limits, caps, throttles).
• The anti-abuse systems (bounties, audits, reserves) are part of the game design and apply to everyone equally and anonymously.

7. Age and parental consent

HoldSPOT is open to everyone, but payments and donations require you to be 18+ or to have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Parents: contact your payment provider for any unauthorized payment — support gifts themselves cannot be "returned".

8. Crypto deposits (when that channel opens)

Crypto, if ever accepted as a support channel, is sent voluntarily to a published address. Transactions are irreversible: deposits sent on the wrong network, with the wrong asset, or to a wrong address are lost and cannot be recovered. Large amounts may require manual confirmation before a thank-you gift is issued.

9. Availability and changes

HoldSPOT is provided as-is, on best-effort hosting, without warranty of uninterrupted availability. The world may reset at major launches (announced in advance); game mechanics and these terms may evolve — the date above always shows the current version.
